TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by EmpowerHER Collective, including but not limited to EmpowerHER Dance classes, workshops, memberships, and events (“Services”).

By booking, attending, or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Assumption of Risk & Health Disclaimer

Participation in dance and physical movement activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, sprains, falls, and aggravation of existing health conditions.

By participating in any EmpowerHER Collective Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating at your own risk.

• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and medically fit to participate.

• You should seek medical advice prior to participation if you have any concerns regarding your health or ability to exercise.

EmpowerHER Collective, its instructors, contractors, and representatives accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, or illness sustained during or after participation in any Services.

3. Casual Class Bookings (Non-Members)

All casual class bookings are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Non-attendance

• Late cancellation

• Change of mind

• Personal scheduling conflicts

If you are unable to attend a booked class, you must contact empowerherdance@gmail.com within 48 hours of the scheduled class to request a reschedule or transfer.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability at the discretion of EmpowerHER Collective.

Failure to attend a booked class will result in the session being forfeited with no credit or refund provided.

4. Memberships & Subscription Services

EmpowerHER Collective offers recurring monthly membership subscriptions for EmpowerHER Dance services.

4.1 Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel any membership.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:

Cancellation is not considered valid until written confirmation has been received.

4.3 Notice Period & Payments

During the 30-day notice period:

• Membership remains fully active.

• The member will continue to be charged according to their regular billing cycle.

• Access to all included classes and services will remain available.

Any payments that fall within the 30-day notice period will still be processed and are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made to EmpowerHER Collective, including casual bookings and membership fees, are strictly non-refundable unless required by law.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed classes

• Change of mind

• Failure to attend

• Partial use of memberships

• Cancellation during an active billing period

6. Changes to Services & Terms

EmpowerHER Collective reserves the right to:

• Modify class schedules, instructors, or services at any time

• Update pricing or membership structures

• Amend these Terms & Conditions as required

Continued use of Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
